My Story
What happens when the light you’ve always been fascinated by, the light that made you feel fully alive, suddenly disappears from your own life?
I have always been fascinated by light.
Not the kind we switch on.
The light we recognize in someone’s eyes.
That sparkle. That glow.
The way a woman can walk into a room and somehow light up the space.
Her softness. Her radiance. Her joy.
That unmistakable feeling of being fully alive.
For as long as I can remember, I had felt deeply connected to that light within me.
Until something happened.
I got into a serious car accident.
For months, my world became very small.
My light had quite literally been dimmed.
And one question kept returning:
How do I feel alive again?
How do I find my light again?
That question became a journey.
A journey into the different ways we can reconnect with ourselves, through feeling, sound, sensuality, movement, nature, poetry, creativity and so much more.
Slowly, I began to see that there wasn’t just one way back to our light. There were layers.

From that, the Seven Layers of Light were born.
I began to understand that feeling was only the beginning.
When I gave those feelings somewhere to go, when I moved them, expressed them, painted them, wrote them, created with them, something changed.
Feeling became expression.
Expression became art.
And together, they became one of the most beautiful ways I knew to feel fully alive.
And that’s how the dream of Lumina began.
A place where women can discover what lights them up, feel it fully, and then create from it.
Because I believe there is incredible power in joy.
In a woman feeling radiant in her own skin.
In the sparkle returning to her eyes.
In creating simply because it feels good to create.
I believe the world becomes a little brighter every time a woman feels more alive.
And I have experienced how magnetic that aliveness can be. How it ripples into the way you move.
The way you love.
The way you connect.
The way you create.
The way you show up in your work and in your life.
Without even realizing it,
you begin to light up the space around you.
I feel so honored that you’re here.
